Martha Stewart’s newest restaurant in New England is now open and we had an opportunity to try some signature dishes and learn a little bit about the behind the scenes!

Did you know the windows in the Green room are a replica of what Martha sees at her Bedford residence or that Big Martha’s pierogies are a true family recipe.

The entrees were flavorful and generous while the bread basket served as a true work of art for the table (but oh so delicious too!)

Dessert is never skipped and we had to try both the upside dow lemon meringue pie as well as the mile high chocolate cake, these both paired nicely with an espresso martini and yes those gold dusted espresso beans.

Flavor so good it steals the spotlight 🍜🐉 Come taste the hype only at Golden Dragon.

Lunch at The Bedford by Martha Stewart inside Foxwoods Resort Casino was every bit as beautiful as you’d expect.

From the Green Room inspired by Martha’s own Bedford Farm, to the House-Made Bread Basket, Big Martha’s Pierogies, Alexis’s Chopped Salad, Chicken Milanese, Lobster Linguine, Honey Mustard Salmon, and Upside-Down Lemon Meringue Pie, this was such a memorable lunch experience.

One of the highlights was getting to meet Chef Jack, who showed us how Big Martha’s Pierogies are made. I even got to make one myself, which was so much fun. Think potato and brown butter and eating them was even better than making them.

And yes, if you look closely at the windows in the Green Room, you can even see Martha riding by on her horse.

The House-Made Bread Basket was an absolute must-order, especially the crispy Garden Flatbread and Sour Cherry-Rosemary Focaccia. The Berry Iced Tea was refreshing, Alexis’s Chopped Salad was colorful, crisp, and super veggie-forward, and the Upside-Down Lemon Meringue Pie was light, bright, and such a perfect way to end the meal.
