Framing went up quick so the remnants of the original House was scattered all over the lawn and it looked like the house explosion in Killers of the Flower Moon. That’s all cleaned up now.
The roof is on and the windows are in.

A lot of Douglas Fir - the 1951 structure was built with old growth timber obviously and some of the wood was salvageable. Maybe table? Bannister?
The bricks from the chimney. I think that they will become my front stoop.

Four Months of Construction 🦺
Old house is now new house.
Framing went up quick so the remnants of the original House was scattered all over the lawn and it looked like the house explosion in Killers of the Flower Moon. That’s all cleaned up now.
The roof is on and the windows are in.
Doors coming soon.
Next is HVAC, RCP, and Pipe Town. And SIDING. 🤌🏼
What was saved from the house:
A lot of Douglas Fir - the 1951 structure was built with old growth timber obviously and some of the wood was salvageable. Maybe table? Bannister?
The bricks from the chimney. I think that they will become my front stoop.
