Moving in all my weirdness, with no expected outcome. It’s not about being polished; it’s letting your body express itself in whatever shapes and forms it wants to take each day.

This day showed up as different positions, the feeling of needing to be on the ground, stretching areas that felt stiff, just listening and responding.

“Bodily is a guided movement workshop that explores the dance floor as a space for somatic release. The dance floor has always been more than a place of escape or hedonism; it’s a temple of catharsis. Our ancestors understood this first - using movement, rhythm, ritual, and dance as healing technologies for centuries.

Today, we echo these traditions, recognising the dance floor as a modern ritual space for release, connection, and celebration. Through an embodied practice of breath, sound, and movement, the session explores the cathartic potential of the collective dance floor experience. Participants are invited to move intuitively, listen through the body, and arrive at a shared sense of release. The Bodily method weaves together somatic techniques with ancient kundalini practices to prime and prepare the body before guiding participants into a deep movement meditation - reimagined through an underground lens. @fyirobyn guides a textured sound journey while offering vocal cues and somatic tools for softening and release - but it’s your rhythm and intuition that lead, your story that unfolds. Letting go becomes the pathway to unbind the body, and as we unbind the body, we unbind the mind.”
