To begin, we headed to @Mountain.Restaurant - where bar manager @gregmathie set the tone with a beautifully made Manhattan.

5:35pm. The Bloody Alan at @mountain.restaurant. This was the best Mary I had while in London: it was tangy, spicy as hell and had so many layers to it. I had two because I couldn’t experience it only once.

The Bloody Alan @mountain.restaurant Our Bloody Mary serve, named after super spexy Alan Carr @chattyman who sat at the bar during the development of the drink and took interest and thoroughly approved it after a taste.

Here’s Michael beautifully modelling the Brat Manhattan at @brat_climpsonsarch! Made with rye whisky, a blend of sweet vermouths and bitters. Paxtaran was made in house from sloes steeped in Anisetta with cinnamon and coffee and added to accent. Late spring cherries were pitted and brandied for several months for garnish. Lovely 🍸
