Set a goal that seems unattainable. Then go after it ⚡ For @claytonherrmann, that was the Picnic.
When Clayton first heard of the Picnic — 46 miles biking, 2.6 miles swimming, and free-soloing the Grand Teton in Wyoming — he thought he’d never attempt it. He was especially terrified of swimming across Jenny Lake in pitch darkness.
But the challenge was irresistible. A chance to test himself and add his name to the list of local legends.
Serious planning was required: He’d need lots of food, water, and salt to survive the 24-hour journey without his energy crashing. LMNT was vital to that plan, supplying the electrolytes to keep his brain and muscle cells firing as he pushed his mind and body to the limit.
