BIRCH Longboards now manufacturing @hamboards Original 74” Painted Classics!

Production has returned to the U.S., and the boards are now being handcrafted from start to finish by BIRCH Longboards, owned and operated by longtime board‑builder Derek Horn. Derek has been shaping and manufacturing boards since 2008 under his previous brand, Koastal Skateboards. During those years, Koastal even produced the 60” Hamboard Logger deck, making this reunion feel like a natural full‑circle moment.

Every board is built under one roof, by hand, with the same surf‑inspired spirit that made the original so iconic. The craftsmanship is tighter, the process is more intentional, and the soul of the board is exactly where it belongs.
