We’ve been building out our new gallery/bookshop in Historic Filipinotown/Echo Park for two months and during that time we’ve soft launched the space, hosting five events since pocketing the keys. Each one lifted our spirits as seats filled and our featured guests engaged with their audiences.

Moderated by the wonderfully intelligent critical thinker Joanne McNeil, the event will take place on June 4th in the middle of Howard’s book tour. It ends in P-town in July. Finding out from Hat & Beard’s own Orian Williams, the visionary film producer/photographer, that it was Anton Corbijn’s birthday yesterday. HBD, Anton!
