The TransCanada Bike Race, a self-supported ultra distance bikepacking race but I prefer to see it as the adventure of a lifetime. 12,200 km from Whitehorse, Yukon all the way to the most eastern point in North America at Cape Spear in Newfoundland. 60 days, 14 hours and 55 minutes from June 12 6:00 AM PST until August 12 12:25 AM NDT.⁣

Many highs and as many lows. I didn’t have it easy with the neverending abnormally harsh weather, the numerous mechanical issues and my bike breaking down on me which left me stranded for many days but… I wouldn’t have had it any other way. I saw so many beautiful things, met so many amazing people and lived through a rollercoaster of emotions. It was a monumental and an epic adventure, a learning experience and a journey that I’ll never forget.⁣

Apologies to my English-speaking followers but the video is in French only. I guess this means I'll have to do it again... but in English this time? 🤔

So, what's next? Home in Montreal for the next month which means Montreal based adventures are back on! Starting with a 24-hour round trip ride to Ottawa tomorrow because ice cream at @lacigale.chelsea is the bomb followed by a 24-hour round trip ride to Quebec City next weekend because I totally forgot to take out the trash when I was there a few days ago! 🍦

• son Montréal → New York
• sa Trans Canada et Trans Am

-

Henri Do: a unique figure in ultra-cycling 🇨🇦

🎮 A former passionate gamer with little interest in sport, Henri Do discovered long-distance cycling almost by chance… and everything changed.

He has built a path of his own, driven more by the desire to explore than to perform. Nothing is ever fully improvised—yet everything remains open to the unexpected. A rare balance between discipline, adaptability, and letting go.

Tune in this Sunday (19/04) for a new episode of the Ultra Talk podcast, where Henri shares his journey. He also talks about RAQ 2025, as well as:

• his Everestings
• his winter adventures
• his Montréal → New York ride
• his Trans Canada and Trans Am

The holidays give you permission to waste time exactly how you want. I chose to waste mine riding from Montreal to NYC.⁣

Festive 500 and the days and weeks leading up to it weren’t exactly smooth… life shifted, plans changed and the weather has been brutal. But like any ultra and like life itself, you adapt and keep moving forward and that’s all that matters.⁣

After nearly 700 km from Montreal, I rolled into Rapha NYC on Dec 30 at 5:55pm, five minutes before close. Tired, but grateful to end the year doing what I love: bike adventures, meaningful encounters, new memories, growth and chasing better days one ride at a time.⁣

Winter miles, ultra distance, gnarly weather, frozen fingers, rough roads... and I’d still rather be out here than spinning indoors on Zwift. It’s uncomfortable, it’s messy but it quiets the mind like nothing else. The road is my meditation, the cold keeps me honest and the discomfort sharpens my focus.

Next up: the Rapha Festive 500 from Montreal to New York City. 700 km in one go, all the way to the Rapha store in NYC, because you all know I’m a sucker for embroidered patches and that woven roundel needs to come home with me! 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼❄️⁣

Hey, it’s been a while! 👋🏻⁣

It’s been about a year since I last showed signs of life on here. A year since I scratched from the Trans Am Bike Race 2024. That attempt to cross the United States from coast to coast in record time was filled with unimaginable adversity... but stepping away from the race isn’t what’s kept me off social media.⁣

The truth is, the months before, during, and after the Trans Am were filled with a whole set of challenges stemming from external cirmcumstances, many of which I hadn’t fully acknowledged or understood until they started taking a toll on my mental health and headspace. Life called on me to show up and take care of things that mattered deeply, and that kind of responsibility doesn’t always leave room for much else.⁣

Through it all, whether grinding through brutal conditions on the bike or navigating the less visible twists life throws your way, the greatest strength one can have isn’t just about how fast or how far you can go you can ride. It’s about how well you adapt. The ability to pause, pivot, and keep moving when the path ahead shifts because more often than not, it will.⁣

So, what’s next? Before I got into ultra races, I had a little tradition of my own: riding as far as I could over 24 hours to mark the summer solstice, a quiet celebration of the longest day of the year, spent entirely on two wheels (with a few gas station and burger stops on two legs).⁣

I’ve ridden thousands of miles down the south shore of the Saint-Lawrence River along Route 132... but what if this year, I ride north and keep going until the road runs out?⁣

The end of Route 138, let’s see where it takes me.⁣

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
