It’s been a slow burn and a long time, but High Primes is finally playing our first public show in Santa Cruz. What started out as a potentially terrible idea-"What if we had a band where every song started as country and ended up as math rock?"-is now somehow a full set of heartbreak and tasty 7/8 lap steel licks.

Excited to play with a couple brilliant songwriters at my favorite place to see a show in Santa Cruz.
