For over 30 years, HPP has been breaking the cycle of family poverty and homelessness. yesterday was incredible 🤍

with the help of our community, we assembled 800+ care packages for the Homeless Prenatal Program @hpp_sf in SF using THOUSANDS of products donated from 20+ brands ✨

our first-ever cocokind Community Care Day was such a success, and we’re feeling so proud of what can happen when people come together to support such an important organization and the families they serve.

huge thank you to everyone who showed up, helped, packed, hustled, and made this possible!
