Women are literal superheroes.

Alida is a mom, works a 9–5, and like so many women, she’s been pouring into everyone else. When I went to her home, she had clothes from 5–6 years ago—from a body she no longer lives in. Some pieces still had tags on them.

This isn’t about over-consuming. It’s about releasing the old. The version of you today and the woman you’re stepping into deserves space.

Holding on to clothes from who you used to be can quietly keep you stuck. Upgrading your closet is an act of self-respect. It’s choosing to honor who you are now.

I dislike when people say that they way the look doesn’t affect how people see them. Yes I do believe that you shouldn’t be dressing up for to impress people but to impress yourself.

Loving yourself it starts by treating yourself, not saying to go splurge on all these high fashion because that’s doesn’t make you style but to pick up yourself.

A few tips
1- find your style, don’t follow trends.
2- make sure to take those extra 5 minutes in the morning before work.
