i've been a busy guy the last year and a half in my studio. People keep asking me, "Ivan, what's it called?" I didn't put too much thought into it until I heard some disparaging comments from someone about how their isn't a musical cultural export from lower manhattan, that it was just filled with pod casters, grifters, posers, etc. I can assure you it is! However, there is quite a strong smattering of talented people making music and i'm completely honored and blessed to be able to collaborate. Welcome to Cultural Export Studios!

So thrilled to announce our Listening Session Lineup playing vinyl on the X Deck starting May 14 through May 21 ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Kicking things off is Los Angeles/New York–based DJ @iamamayzing known for her high-energy, genre-blending sets that fuse disco, house, funk and nostalgic pop with a modern edge. Mei is a fixture in the world of the most fashionable fashion parties which matches our vibe completely.

Next is @ivanberko, one of NYC’s finest DJ/Producers who can also be found at his @ntmvsmmxix residency. Ivan has built a name for himself on the global digger scene spinning everywhere from India to Ibiza. Can’t wait to chill with these tunes in the loft.

Finally @kristine_barilli plays our Design Week Closing Party on May 21st. Kristine is a DJ and music supervisor @thelotradio, and has built a reputation for her unique and eclectic sound. She’s a fixture in New York’s music scene, regularly playing at venues such as @peoplesny @publicrecordsnyc, and @knockdowncenter . We are so excited to party with her !!!
