Friends! We're stoked to let you know that we're now Rainbow Registered! We've gone through an extensive process to be accredited in this network of safe spaces across Canada. The fine folks at Rainbow Registered and the Canada 2SLGBTQI+ Chamber of Commerce (CGLCC) went through the entire business with a fine tooth comb to help the dungeon meet their rigorous criteria, from staff training to social media presence to codes of conduct and so much more.

Sure, we look a little rough around the edges, but we work hard each day to protect the inclusive environment we create in our space. We've built this space for everyone who's down to hang with fellow humans and treat each other with respect and kindness.

The team at Jackknife will always strive to do better and be better (shout out to Ren Navarro @bdiversitygroup for this important mantra), no one is perfect but we're always looking to grow. We first conjured a massive wheat ale and sent it into our foeder on a single brett culture, stealing a portion every year and refilling it with fresh soft wheat and oat nectar. Letting the culture transform and build an everlasting complexity before conditioning on wildflower honey and hand picked haskapp berries from Whitfield Farms and saskatoons from Gambell orchard in Winfield. It slaps you with a bright acidity that fades into a juicy berry finish. Perfect for hot days on our hop filled patio.
