You need to have an honest conversation. Is a side hustle enough to solve your situation long term? 

Will a side hustle truly produce the income you need to accomplish your financial goals. If not, you may need to take matters into your own hands, because a side hustle is only sustainable for so long. You may need a long term solution. That can look like
💡Career shifts
💡Moving to an area with more opportunity
💡Increasing education
💡Adding certifications
Or my favorite
💡🤌🏾 Starting your own business that can generate the income you need at a pace you can without a ceiling meaning  The harder you work the harder you earn.

@samwarshaw and I figured out that we can apply Ramsey principles to multiple areas of our life and win.  Everything I teach is the pursuit of financial health, peace and freedom, and once you find that with your money, other areas of your life will demand it as well. You will want peace, health and freedom in your marriage, in your relationships, in your health, in your spiritual life. Freedom begets freedom. Peace begets peace, health begets health.  Once you figure that out instead of fighting it, the unlock happens.

By all means, MOVE FORWARD. NEVER EVER interpret that if your spouse is not onboard with the Baby Steps today, that you are stuck forever and there is nothing you can do 🙅🏽‍♀️ I get it, y’all don’t see exactly eye to eye on finances today, but doesn’t mean you’re getting a divorce!! So you gotta find a way in the words of Tim Gunn to “make it work.”  🤌🏽💃🏽
 
What I explained in the video is my Share, Do, Share system to make progress even when you’re not aligned…yet.

It’s Mo money Mo problems if you never learn to manage the little bit you have today.  Trust and believe, that broke mindset will follow you if you never learn to break it. 
 
Trust the process and care about managing your money even when you’re broke.

This is one of the realest conversations.Someone willing to be honestenough to look fairly at their expectations, behavior, and if they’ve created the environment for full transparency with their spouse. Because that’s the thing sometimes when a spouse isn’t forthcoming or doesn’t feel safe to share it’s because the other spouse has created a hostile environment and they don’t feel like being honest and vulnerable will be handled with care.

🙋🏾‍♀️ dang, almost like I’ve been the hostile one 😅
