Maybe I’m crazy for doing this or maybe I know it’s the path I needed to take.
Sometimes in life you need to bite the bullet and try something new. For me this is the story of the last few months.
After working on Radlab for almost 9 years I decided it was time to make a change, one for the better and one I felt everyone around me could get behind.
Radlab set out to be modern, the new kid on the block, a challenger in the content market. I always wanted us to grow, to work with epic brands and make amazing content. When I was in my early 20s it seemed like that was success. Last year I felt like as a business we achieved this dream. We had climbed the mountain and kicked all the goals we set out to achieve.
Coming into this year however I decided it was time for change. We had grown so much as a business and as a team. However, the people and business we are today did not represent our brand. We had evolved and it was time for change.
With Karl deciding to leave the business it was time for a fresh look and a fresh start.
Radical now encompasses everything I set out for Radlab to be and more. We have sharpened our look, moved away from the flowing logo and evolved into a new structure. Our goal is to take what we know and what we built and take the next step up. I have the best team behind me, and we’re set to be the best version of my original dreams and some.
Change is good, change is positive, change allows us to evolve and create new goals.
