Here we are living in Colorado at the end of our 2nd Summertime. Now, with 3 kids, more messes and less time to focus on anything except tiny feet playing in the yard and going to bed happy. It’s a total miracle to capture any of it, piece it together and look at these chaotic moments in a new light, because it’s easy to miss them in real time.

The season has been one of our favorites yet and this string-out truly feels like an accurate depiction of our well-spent time and efforts creating these memories as a family. So thankful for @elizabethflann1 and her strength and energy to make sure we thrive from day to day.

We’re keeping our eyes on summer just a little longer as the season comes to its end, but I know the next ones will be just as beautiful!

This is, of course, a highlight reel of the season we find ourselves in, with many hard and painful moments between them. But overall we have been saturated with a profound thankfulness. When so much around us feels out of control and wholly evil, it’s a helpful practice to focus inward, at the divine provision of our day to day. Letting goodness reign. We hope the feeling this leaves you with is that we all have this goodness, this peace, we just need to slow down and notice it. Much love, 🤟🏻
