Projection collages, series 7, 2025, Mixed Media, 152cm x. 109cm.
The process of scanning flattens the objects you place down. I wanted to use the paint as a moveable object in itself. The existence of shadow and colour allow this moment of balance between the marks.

I am now custodian of the pant story here in Bristol.
Thank you to @sannillustrates for bringing such an amazing group of people together for women by women part 3. Was so lush to try something different this time round.
If you didn’t make it to the exhibition never fear! You can admire my knickers from here ! Check my main grid 🩲

The blue silicone puppet encompassing the space here. Felt absorbed into this one creating a 3D collaged space of sorts incorporating a dancing blob.

A recent installation for a Crit back in March. I’d become increasingly mesmerised by the materials I interact with in my practice. I have loved exploring the gelatinous wonders of silicone and seeing how far the material can transform and dance in front of my eyes.

I’ve found the joys of projecting my collages onto themselves to create these delicious moments of rhythmic marks. An ephemeral moment at the flick of a switch.

Thank you @alfienicholls.art for such a cute picture in my MA studio 🤗
Just me and my hammer. Never had a more dependable friend 😅 a sense of longing thinking of my studio work whilst a cheeky essay hangs over my head.
Happy Spring darlings

I invited the audience to recall and note their own knicker tales or feelings to the wire pants exhibited with my delightful floating pair. I loved seeing people turn reflective or have a good giggle. I know mum would be proud!
I can’t wait to check out all your wonderful thoughts more fully. Maybe a small publication will be on the cards.
Big love Bristol darlings.Mwah!

“Laundry day”
Wire and textiles
2026
Knickers are part of our everyday. Pants can be as glorious or as dull as you like. Some we wear on special occasions. We wear some for luck. Some for a rainy day. Others glide past our behinds with satisfying ease. Some don’t fit anymore, but we put up with it. A hole in the wrong place. A sign of discomfort signifies but we’re used to that. Shift and shape. Is that a VPL? A constant thought, a wondering what I did that night. Our once dirty laundry hugs our down there’s. A memory of joy, love, dread, shame and sometimes worry.

EP 1 | Studio Sessions x Jazz Potter
First up on Studio Sessions is @jazz_potter09
This interview took place on a busy Tuesday afternoon, when the building is buzzing with energy & noise (apologies for the sounds quality)⭐️
Jazz Potter is a mixed media artist currently studying a Masters at BSU on the Paint pathway. A studio space bursting with colour, texture and ideas reflects a practice exploring ephemerality and human connection to the physical world, often transforming overlooked or discarded objects into something entirely new.
Found materials sit at the centre of the work - like an egg box, plastic labels and fragments of everyday “rubbish” reimagined through an approach that is simply “make, make, make.”👩🏼🎨
Current explorations look at paint as an object, allowing materials to shift, transform and reveal subtle beauty through texture, form and colour.
The first addition to the canvas slouch was a piece of pre-loved bright red yarn - a small but mighty material that acts as a sort of tassle to the crossbody.
Jazz Potter was also recently featured in @womenbywomen_bristol - an exhibition celebrating inclusivity and international women artists for International Women’s Day.
The exhibition perfectly described Jazz’s practice as ‘exploring ephemerality through found materials, creating new transformations of objects while celebrating the delicate nuances of texture, composition and colour’.
A personal highlight from the interview came when asked to describe personal style. The immediate response:
“ACCEPTABLE PYJAMAS”
Honestly… a wardrobe philosophy worth adopting.
Jazz’s work, energy, & personality bring a joyful sense of curiosity and creativity - all paired with the most wonderful giggle ⭐️

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
