After 3 decades in film and episodic production lighting I’ve decided to write the next chapter. I’ve spent the past 2 semesters at @atlmetrostatecollege taking Algebra, Trigonometry, Calculus & Physics.Today I found out I’ve been accepted to the Master’s program at @georgiatech School of Construction Management. I am also beginning a Project Management internship with @clunegc here in Atlanta. I am excited for what the future will bring. I look forward to building my knowledge and refining my skills.

Atlanta’s pride and joy, @renaissanceorchestra_ in a very intimate setting @eddiesattic, on a Tuesday?I could not have ended the year with a better concert. We came to see @musikallydrizzy and he did not disappoint. It was an extra treat to get to see Wil Bilal play, in person. The two of them together was powerful. 10/10 would do it again. Shoulda bought tickets for the 2nd show. Can’t wait to see them again.
What a weekend!4 shows in two nights @bluenotenyc . Made some new friends. Learned a ton about the “conversational” nature of playing in a brass band and soloing. And I had some rich conversations about the history of New Orleans brass band music, the evolution of the form and what is next. Thank you Paul Robertson @peterbiltmeech , Douane Waples @_dwaples and Derrick Smalls for being so gracious and patient with so many questions about your art and your experiences.
The Soul Rebels @thesoulrebels are exceptional. The musicianship, the showmanship and the overall energy at a Soul Rebels show is intoxicating. It’s as close as you are gonna get to feeling like you are in New Orleans; from the bass drum beat to the “ya hear’d me”, from the cymbal bells ting to the “Baaabie”, it’s not just a musical performance, it’s a distillation of generations of musical tradition. When The Soul Rebels come to your town, go see them!If it’s not memorable and smile inducing I will personally refund your money.
Thank you, Alijah Jett @alijahjettthemusician for being a brother and a friend. I can’t put my gratitude and respect into words. Much love. I am so happy to see all your hard work and labor bearing fruit. Looking forward to seeing you next week!

And thank you to the staff at The Blue Note. Tip of the hat to Mack, the manager and impresario. The room hasn’t changed much since my first visit in June of 1986 (Thank You, Rosalie for forcing me!). Mack maintains a solid blend of sophistication and civility while allowing the patrons to celebrate with abandon once the lights go down. Just don’t hang your coat on the back of the chairs, please.

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
