For a private residential space, Boffi | DIS Studio created a bespoke interior with carefully curated furniture from Italian brands like DePadova, Living Divani and Time & Style.

We teamed up to find the right art piece — which could speak to the space, not just decoration.
From concept to proposal to installation — step by step, with the client at the centre of every decision. A very personal process in which we worked as a team.
Family happy -Interior Designer happy - Artist happy - Dog super happy. 🐾

Dis: no it’s “lekker” roze (lekker means pleasant 😜)

THE PROCESS

Every artwork is the result of a meticulous process — from sketch to object, from light to composition. Slowly. With attention. The opposite of the world we live in.

Mijn huis heeft een serieuze upgrade gekregen.

Sinds kort hangen er drie werken van Jelle Rietveld aan de muur. Jelle ken ik eigenlijk uit een heel andere context, want ik ben zijn coach. Maar toen hij me zijn kunst liet zien, was ik meteen verkocht.

Wat mij direct aansprak zijn de geometrische vormen, de strakke lijnen en de verschillende structuren. En juist ook de imperfecties. Hoe langer je kijkt, hoe meer lagen je ziet. Er zit een complexiteit in die blijft intrigeren.

Ik merk dat ik er elke dag weer blij van word.

Mooi om te zien hoe iemand zijn eigen stijl ontwikkelt en daar volledig voor gaat.

A happy @mobilia_interior client came to my atelier a while ago to select together an art piece.

This week we delivered this beauty and installed it in their living room.
Its finished with a handmade laquered walnut frame - fitting the art work and the interior details 😍.

A project we did for a friend living in Piemonte - Italy. The most beautiful local products he collects and ships in and outside of Italy.

Actually it’s a memory to a place which is the source of inspiration for some of my latest artworks im working on.

Zurich is my second home since not so long ago and living close to the river is a true privalige. Starting a nice autumn walk with a @collectivebakery coffee and later on some chill time @nudezurich.Enjoying this to the max 😍
