This moment melts and fills my heart all at once.
Shared with a lot of you how last year was one of the most painful years of my life. There was a point when I got on my knees and prayed to God, not in a traditional way, but stern and with authority: bring me an earth angel because I don’t know if I can do this anymore. I know the healing world talks about how anything you’re looking for outside of you will never satisfy because it’s always within you, but I do believe we heal together.

I was in isolation for a year and a half. Yes, I went to the depths. It was necessary, but I was at the bottom of the well and I needed someone on the other side to throw me the rope.
The PTSD symptoms were so excruciating, so unbearable. I told God: I’ll do the inner work for a year, but come December, bring me the lifeline. Till then I’ll continue to self source, dig deep, and do the work. I’ll commit and I’ll devote if you deliver.

🪄🧞‍♂️👼 Exactly December, that’s when this angel light beam@johnny__bones arrived right on time, exactly when I asked. It was like a fun little magic trick. God wanted to put me through that year and it definitely taught me a lot looking back. I know it was necessary, but during it, there is no way I would wish what I went through on the worst person in this world. 🥺

🙏You were the light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you for throwing me the rope. I’ll never forget.
