Who doesn't love playing around with the latest Ai?
Here's a fun way to put it to work for you. Copy this prompt into your favorite Ai (ChatGPT, Gemeni, Claude, whatever)
"If I had access to the following healing modalities (Medical grade multi wavelength red light therapy bed, Hyperbaric oxygen therapy, Molecular hydrogen inhalation, focused and radial shockwave, High power PEMF therapy, whole body vibration therapy, sports chiropractic, cold plunge, vibroacoustic sound bed, spinal decompression) how could I use them to help me...."
and then put in one of your health goals.
Could be a specific problem you have, like tennis elbow or plantar fasciitis, or something like improve my tennis, basketball, golf game. Dream big! You could ask about reversing your biological age or helping your skin look its best. Could be healing more quickly from an upcoming surgery.

I love talking to people about how they can use the tools we have at @peakrecoverysc can help them reach their wellness goals, but the sky really is the limit. Try this out. You'll see.

Does a 16 fold increase in ATP production sound like a good thing to you? That’s just ONE of the benefits. Not to mention how Gary feels about hydrogen which we also offer free of charge during your sessions. We have created an affordable and convenient way to gain access to this breakthrough longevity technology right here in San Clemente. What are you waiting for?

The crew of SC pros right now make me beam with San Clemente pride. Humble and gracious even at the top of their game. They’ve learned from great ones that came before them and did things the right way like @koloheandino @tannergud @danedamus @patrickgud@bigdeluxe_ and rad dads like @mitch_colapinto They make it so easy to root for them as they head out to rep San Clemente all over the world. 👊 bring back some hardware this season boys!@crosbycola @cole_houshmand @griffin_cola @kadematson @jettschilling @cannoncarr1

When your body is healing, everything can feel stuck. It’s like your system is trying to move forward with the brakes on.

Under the surface, the biggest issue is often not enough oxygen making it all the way into tired tissues, inflammation clogging the process, and a nervous system hovering in survival mode instead of repair mode. The will to heal is there—but the resources and conditions aren’t quite matching.

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy works by increasing pressure just enough to push more oxygen into your bloodstream and deeper into those under-supplied areas. You may notice your body recovering more reliably—less flare, better stamina, and a sense that things are finally moving in the right direction and healing can actually move forward.

If plantar fasciitis keeps coming back, you’re probably treating the symptom, not the source. Learn how improving foot circulation with shockwave and oxygen with HBOT can finally get you back in the game.

Imagine your body as a huge library and every cell has a book of instructions (DNA) it reads to stay healthy and repair damage.

Free radicals from oxidative stress are like tiny sparks that burn holes in the pages, snap the binding, or smear the ink, so every time the cell copies or reads that book, the chance of an error goes up.

Your cells work hard to fix this with repair systems, but if damage is too frequent or repair is imperfect, mutations accumulate, checkpoints trigger cell cycle arrest, or the cell is pushed into senescence (zombie‑like retirement) or apoptosis (programmed death).

Also, a prematurely aged cell divides less, repairs itself poorly, and often secretes more inflammatory signals and degrading enzymes into its neighborhood (the senescence‑associated secretory phenotype)

Higher mutation burden and genomic instability raise long‑term risk for cancers and degenerative diseases because damaged DNA can drive abnormal growth or faulty proteins.

Here is why and how you benefit the most from molecular hydrogen. H₂ is a tiny, neutral gas molecule that crosses lung membranes quickly, dissolving into blood and then diffusing into organs, including brain and mitochondria. Once in tissues, it can selectively neutralize the most damaging radicals (like hydroxyl radicals) and help regulate pathways such as Nrf2 (antioxidant defense), inflammatory cytokines, and cell‑death signals. Think of it as helping the body fix its own imbalance, by slowing aspects of cellular aging and functional decline.

It’s always hard to see people move away but especially for these two. They were both in what I lovingly call my first hundred and Ian was new patient number 16 more than 17 years ago. Thousands of patients later and I still have a special place in my heart for those first 100 who put their trust in me when I was a fresh faced kid.
This style of healthcare takes time and realistically is a life long pursuit. This allows you to create these relationships and watch people grow and age with you. It’s one of the things that drew me to chiropractic.
Good luck on that next adventure in Oregon Ibbo and Brownie!

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
