Why would anyone choose to suffer? It’s something we are protected from by our parents and taught from a young age to avoid at all costs. We have learned that if we work hard at creating an absence of suffering we should be happy, right? That may be true is the short term but the uncomfortable truth that we all learn through our lives that suffering (or adversity, if you prefer) is inevitable. No matter how hard we try to avoid it, we are destined to face challenging times that will test us and shake our foundations. If we avoid suffering at all costs, then when the inevitable challenges come, we are completely vulnerable and at the mercy of whatever happens. We have avoided the idea that anything bad could ever happen to us and now we are left defenceless. There are some challenges that we may never be prepared for, but if we make the decision to move through and learn from these difficult events, then I believe it prepares us for a more fulfilling and peaceful life.
In suffering or adversity, we will find the most growth and the biggest rewards. If we choose to move towards, and not run away from, uncomfortable ideas like sacrifice, pain, failure, rejection, and loneliness - which are all necessary products of making major shifts in our lives - then when we reach the other side, we will be rewarded with being one step closer to our ideal life: the life of our dreams. The more we practice moving towards suffering, the more familiar we will become with it, and thus, the easier it will be for us to take swift action in our lives and be more equipped with the right tools when the inevitable suffering comes knocking.
Perhaps one day we will learn to greet our suffering as a guest at our door, recognize that it is not here to stay, thank it for its lessons, and go on about our day.

Discovering the beauty of Nova Scotia and Newfoundland’s national parks with @SubaruCanada’s 2023 #ForesterWilderness and my guy @downtofilm 🙌 #Ad
For a span of 8 unforgettable days, we embarked on an Atlantic Canada road trip along the winding routes of @Parks.Canada’s #CapeBretonHighlandsNationalPark, followed by trekking through the fjords of #GrosMorneNationalPark in western Newfoundland - catching the 8-hour Marine Atlantic ferry in between. Equipped with the Forester Wilderness’s Yokohama all-terrain tires and aggressive cladding, we were ready to explore whatever the roads were going to throw at us.
As someone who grew up on the west coast, it truly felt like we were uncovering a part of Canada that few Canadians have been able to experience.

An incredible experience checking out this new crag in Hawaii last month! 🌺
We started our trip as a tropical family vacay and it ended up being a full adventure week of climbing, hiking, swimming, DWS, sunsets, sunrises, and feeding Justis mounds of musubi!!
Wouldn’t have been the same without @sendyadventurer inviting us in and showing us the new spots he’s developing on the island. Grateful for the climbing community near & far and more upcoming opportunities experiencing this sport back on rope 😊
Featuring day 1 of 4 action packed days of our magical Hawaii getaway ❤️

This one meant a lot to me. Recent work for @arcteryx PRO who supplied the winter gear for Team Canada during the Invictus Games 2025.
Over the past few months, I’ve been documenting Team Canada athletes as they prepare for the first-ever Winter Invictus Games. I had the privilege of working with active and retired service members who shared stories from their military service and their ongoing journey of recovery.
For them, the Games aren’t just about competition—they’re a way to find new purpose, redefine their strength and resilience in a new arena, and represent their country once again in a different way—all while competing alongside people who understand and share similar experiences.
This is the kind of work that reminds me why I wanted to tell stories in the first place. I’m grateful to have played a small part in sharing them. Thank you to Team Canada for letting me in 🇨🇦

Little teaser of a project that I’ve been working on with Arc’teryx PRO with Team Canada for the Invictus Games 2025. This one reminded me why I started telling stories in the first place. More soon 🇨🇦

Thank you to @soldieroncanada, @invictusgames25 and David Martin (Hyphen Communications) for the additional footage and support!

Hiking in the presence of Atwell Peak and Dalton Dome. I bet the view is pretty good from up there. I’d like to see it one day.

Smol people. Big mountain. Major smiles. Unlocking new parts of the S2S with some lovely people :)
Staying protected and visible in the mountains with the @arcteryxbc Beta AR Jacket. Staying warm with the Cerium Hoodie underneath which I always put on when I stop in the mountains 🏔️

Wildfires in Canada are no longer a question of whether they will occur each summer, but rather how severe they will be and how prepared are we to face them.
In partnership with @TELUS and their Pollinator Fund for Good, I’m launching a series that explores the severity of wildfires, the strategies we can use to combat them, and the role of technology in improving our response.
I’ll be addressing important questions like:
* Why are fire seasons getting worse?
* How are wildfires detected?
* How do communities stay connected during emergencies?
* What’s being done to speed up nature’s recovery in the aftermath of a forest fire?
* What does the future hold for wildfires in Canada?
If you’re interested in the future of wildfires in Canada and the solutions being developed, stay tuned for more videos like this!

Recent work from @duerperformance’s Summer Unscripted campaign. Made a cut from some of my favourite moments of some awesome people during a 2-day shoot between Squamish and the Sunshine Coast.
Always a pleasure working alongside @abbydells who produced the heck out of this project ☀️
We’re still reeling from this morning! Congratulations to everyone who was out there putting in the paces. We’re endlessly inspired by our running community, the fantastic volunteers and our awesome event staff. It takes a village - and this village is pretty special 🥹🙌🎉

Earlier this year, I was blessssed to join @arcteryxbc Northern Backcountry Connection team for 4 days of touring, backcountry education and hangs with some incredible people in Terrace, BC. Between all the events, activities and lack of sleep, I filmed a recap of our experience in Northern, BC. I wanted to showcase some of the wonderful people that we connected with, the love they have for their home, and the impressive effort that Arc’teryx community team put in to putting on some pretty wild events throughout the week.
Thank you to everyone we met and spent time with during our visit. I can’t wait to come back in the summer :)
Special thanks to @yankaczynski for the drone footage. You really brought it all together, brother.
The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
Keep track of Instagram updates discreetly while protecting your privacy and staying anonymous.
