Over the past couple months I’ve been focusing heavily on lifting heavy and acrobatics. Slow and fast twitch muscle fibres respectively. Building something special, I can’t wait to show you.

Proper pull-up technique to help you get the most out of your workout. Always remember quality over quantity. I’m always impressed more by someone’s form than the amount of weight or reps they can bang out ‼️

I was rudely interrupted on my unnecessary quest to hit 220kg raw last year by my trip to Thailand. 🇹🇭 🌞

This was the last checkpoint at 215kg. Picked up a few injuries since but now I feel uneasy with my PR not being a round number.

Perhaps it’s time to rebuild and finish what I started. 🍑 👀
