In March 2024, I joined my friend Mehdi and nine English and Aussie strangers to sail up the Atlantic Ocean from 35° South to 50° North. It was the last leg of an incredible round-the-world race that marked the 50th anniversary of the first edition of the Whitbread the @oceangloberace . We finished this leg first in our category with more than three days lead in real time 😍
1/ Meet “Outlaw”, our Baltic 55, from the top of her 20 meters mast. She has a lot more experience than us. She already did the Whitbread in 1985! She is for sale @spirit.of.adelaide 😉
2-3/ We got off to a great start in rough seas and strong winds. To remind us to be careful, a crew member from Pen Duick VI fell into the water while we were sailing side by side. We saw him passing by, distraught, in his fluorescent life jacket, tossed about by white horses waves. Fortunately, he was quickly rescued by @marie_tabarly_off and her crew.
4/ What followed was 43 days of non-stop racing to take us from Uruguay to Cowes in the UK. Sailing without GPS and modern communication tools but stars and radio. Here @indiarose.ocean uses a sextant to measure the angle between the sun and the horizon in order to figure out our position on a paper map.
5/ Rinze and Mehdi analyzing our position and the weather conditions to find the best way to arrive before the others :)
6/ @math_lstn in the starting blocks, sailing on l’ @team_lesprit_dequipe (for her third round-the-world race)!
7/ Mehdi probably telling craps ♥️
8/ Campbell, our dear skipper, doyen of the race is pro-active on the boat as you can see here « grinding » to set the sheet of a sail.
9/ Speaking of sails, we had nine of them and no furler. This means hoist and lower a lot. They can weight up to 100kg, especially when they are soaked. Here Glenn is sweating to bring up one of the heaviest ones, the big genoa. This sail was very useful in light upwind conditions. A mix of love and hate.
10/ @indiarose.ocean and Mehdi lower a spinnaker in the galley. It’s a safe way to handle this giant sail, about 200 m²!

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
Keep track of Instagram updates discreetly while protecting your privacy and staying anonymous.
