5 blissful weeks in Thailand. I saw too many dear friends to count and made some new ones. Since many of you are asking, here are some of the food highlights (all in Bangkok unless noted):
1. Somewhere between Ko Lanta and Ko Ngai
2. Hokkaido scallops w/ fish roe, coconut cream, pomelo, shrimp @phukej_bkk
3. Revelation and probably best bite of trip— spicy salad of curried rice croquettes with fermented pork; unsurprisingly at @hanuman.aspler (Chiang Mai) 🌶️
4. Best fish balls I found, could eat this for breakfast everyday at Thana Ocha Noodle (Chiang Mai)
5. Longtime classic @nahmbangkok delivered ⭐️
6. Followed chef Prin’s advice— worth the detour for the real deal at Maenam Fish Restaurant
7. David Thompson’s @aksornbkk ⭐️
8. Eastern Thai cuisine @sritrat
9. Also new to me and one of my favorite bites— fried mackerel cheeks at Soei
10. Crab glass noodles at Somsak Pu-ob
11. Khua kling was a new dish to me on this trip. The best one I had by far was at Krua Dan Tai Restaurant (Ko Lanta) 🌶️
12. Best tom yum of the trip at Pe Aor Tom Yum Kung Noodle
13. Best meal in Khao Lak was at Takola @devasom_resorts (Khao Lak)
14. Panang curry @charmgangcurryshop
15. @somabangkok
16. Signature Mama Noodles at Jeh O Chula
17. One of the best meals, ended up going twice. Beef laab with bone marrow @akkee.thaidelicacies ⭐️ 🌶️
18. I’ll miss this the most (had it five times) - pad kra pao @phedmarkbkk 🌶️
19. Still the best pad thai at Phad Thai Narok Taek
20. Chef @prinpolsuk is a genius. My favorite meal in all of 2024 was at @samrubsamrubthai. Went twice this time to try different menus.

20. Chef @prinpolsuk is a genius. My favorite meal in all of 2024 was at @samrubsamrubthai. Went twice this time to try different menus.

Studying Thai cuisine with @hanuman.aspler was one of the best experiences of my life. Doing it at his home and farm made it even more special. His place is a reflection of the devotion, thought, and attention to detail he brings to everything he does.
It’s not every day you meet someone who has dedicated their entire life to one craft at such a high level. History, agriculture, tradition, science, philosophy. Hanuman seems to hold every thread at once, always asking one more question and considering one more detail.
But the most beautiful part is his generosity. His love for transmitting knowledge is real. Whether he’s teaching chefs from Michelin-starred kitchens or home cooks, he has a way of making you feel comfortable, capable, and curious.
Hanuman genuinely changed the way I look at cooking and opened new pathways for creativity. I’m leaving with so much inspiration and a lot of gratitude, and I will be back. ❤️ 🇹🇭

NO(w) BEAUTY • @kctrumpeter [trumpet]
« On this album, "(un)Seen", we’re exploring the idea of hidden motifs and beauty that only reveals itself when you shift your perspective.
One image that kept returning to us was seeing the world the way a bird does—recognizing the same landscapes we know, but from above. In that sense, birds became a light, almost subsidiary thread running through the album.
More than anything, we want it to be clear just how intentional this music is. Every detail was carefully considered, from writing each piece with the specific voices of this group in mind, to spending weeks reshaping the compositions together.
We lived with the music, questioned it, and let it evolve collectively. There was also a deep layer of shared post-production work that helped bring the vision into focus.
Compared to our first album, this feels like a clear step forward—not only in how we play together, but in the depth and architecture of the writing and arrangements. »

Taking a break from Instagram and pizza for a while! NYC nourished my soul and left me super inspired. I’m going to use this time wisely. All my dates are on my website and you can always contact me via email or phone ❤️
The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
