無論是家庭角色或公眾形象上，亞洲社會對於女性的要求往往更為嚴苛。 @fish331 慶幸近年有更多女性議題的電影：「作為電影創作者，我們都有責任去教育觀眾與社會，告訴大家：我們可以成為自己想成為的模樣，無論男或女，都可以在不傷害別人的前提下，做自己想做事。」@jenniferyuuu 則有感在職媽媽往往要經歷更多掙扎內疚，所以才會在贏得金像獎最佳女主角時，說出那句讓很多職場媽媽動容的感言︰「無論到哪個階段，女性都可以追求自己的夢想。」
