Natural Jazz is returning to Tate Corner bar this Friday.

On the Trumpet we have Klara Devlin who at just 19 has already appeared across numerous jazz venues and festivals, including Ronnie Scott’s Late Late Show, the Jazz Café, Jazz In The Round, Pizza Express Soho and JazzLive at the Crypt, as well as performing at Brick Lane, We Out Here and Brecon Jazz festivals.

Her playing is rooted in bebop, blues and free jazz. Alongside her own projects, including her quartet formed through Tomorrow’s Warriors, she performs her original compositions and arrangements.

Join us at Tate Corner bar tomorrow (1st May) from 6:30-11pm

Where 4 musicians meet on stage for the first time for an evening of improvised Jazz

Trumpeter Klara Devlin’s quartet was formed through the pioneering programme of Tomorrow’s Warriors. "I’ve never been this excited about a young musician" - Tony Kofi

Rising star jazz trumpeter Klara Devlin was a 2024 BBC Young Jazz Musician finalist, currently studying jazz at the Royal Academy of Music. She began playing trumpet at five and discovered jazz at eight. Her quartet, formed through Tomorrow’s Warriors, performs her original compositions and arrangements inspired by bebop, blues and contemporary jazz.

The Klara Devlin Quartet has appeared at Jazz In The Round, Pizza Express Soho, JazzLive at the Crypt, and at the Brick Lane, We Out Here, and Brecon Jazz festivals.
