K-Series - out now!

My new EP K-Series is available on Bandcamp.

This project focuses on rhythm, texture, and repetitionmoving between broken patterns and dub-leaning structures while keeping space and atmosphere at the center. It’s a continuation of ideas I’ve been refining over time, and it represents the clearest, most honest version of my work so far.

This is the strongest version of myself as an artist to date. I’m genuinely proud of this EP, and it feels like a real step forward. Looking ahead, I’m excited about where things are going next.

I’ve been experimenting with particle systems in TouchDesigner for months now, but recently I wanted to make things a little more interactive
something that could react to light in real time.

I came across an amazing post by @nyltiek showing how to make particles trace light sources. That inspired me to explore the idea further I tried using my iPhone’s flashlight as a point for the particles to react to, and it worked beautifully. 🔦

At first, I tested it with my phone’s screen, but the privacy filter completely blocked the effect. Once I switched to the flashlight, the particles immediately narrowed toward the light and flowed across the screen almost like they were alive.

I plan to keep refining this concept and experiment with more interesting setups for my portfolio.

Big thanks to everyone who watched and gave me feedback on making better video content moving forward.

This whole series was pure experimentation as I worked through the process of creating videos and explaining my workflow.

I know I could have explained some things better, and there were definitely a few errors (and a little word vomit lol). But that’s all part of it and to be honest it’s harder than I thought when trying to convey information out loud.

Mistakes happen, and I’ll keep improving with each project. At the end of the day, I think it makes the channel feel more genuine and real.
