Wir suchen eine/n strukturierte/n und proaktive/n Producer / Projektmanager/in, der/die die Koordination und Umsetzung von Audio-Postproduktionsprojekten mit Schwerpunkt auf nationaler und internationaler Werbung in Vollzeit übernimmt.
Deine Aufgaben
• Planung, Koordination und Steuerung von Audio-Postproduktionsprojekten von Anfang bis Ende
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Deadlines in einem dynamischen, schnelllebigen Umfeld
• Verantwortung für Budgetierung, Abrechnung sowie finanzielles Controlling der Projekte
• Organisation und Durchführung nationaler und internationaler Voice-Castings.
• Betreuung von Sprecher:innen, einschließlich Buchung, Verhandlung und Beziehungsmanagement
• Abstimmung mit nationalen und internationalen Produktionspartnern wie Agenturen, Marken, Medien- und Musikunternehmen
Diese Position vereint klassische Producer-Aufgaben mit einem starken Fokus auf Projektmanagement. Sie erfordert ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu steuern.
Dein Profil
• Erfahrung im Bereich Produktion und/oder Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Audio-, Medien- oder Werbeumfeld
• Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten
• Fähigkeit, komplexe und zeitkritische Projekte eigenständig und proaktiv zu steuern
• Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams und Partnern
• Verhandlungssicherheit und Erfahrung im Talentmanagement, insbesondere mit Sprecher:innen
• Freude an der Arbeit in einem dynamischen, menschenzentrierten Umfeld
• Fließendes deutsch und englisch
