In May 2026, the music series TUNE (Haus der Kunst) and the festival RITOURNELLE (Blitz Music Club, Münchner Kammerspiele, among others) join forces for the first time. Titled RITOURNELLE X TUNE, the evening is both celebration and farewell. The lineup brings together defining voices in contemporary electronic music:
Nkisi, interweaves polyrhythmic structures, kraut-inflected spiritual synth textures, and radical techno approaches into a singular, multifaceted sound. The legendary voice of dub poet Tikiman (aka Paul St. Hilaire) — which enveloped seminal Basic Channel releases of the 1990s in a haze of depth and resonance — meets DJ Richard Akingbehin to create a low-frequency echo chamber between reggae, dub, and techno, suspended between futurism and memory. Blawan has spent over a decade shaping a universe entirely his own. Since debuting on XL Recordings in 2021 he has continued to push his sound into ever more daring territory, blending distorted drum architectures, piercing synth work, and his own unmistakable vocal into disorienting, genre-defying forms. His live and DJ performances have cemented his reputation as a singular force. Opening the night with their brooding and menacing sound are Ritournelle veterans Carl Gari with Jonas Yamer & Till Funke: this time accompanied by the voice of Palestinian artist Lynne Azzam, while Jonas Yamer will close the night with a DJ Set.
Finally, the young producer MJK returns to Munich. He now makes his Main Floor debut alongside Pariah for a back-to-back DJ set traversing dubstep mutations, grime fragments, and breakbeat-inflected techno. On the Secret Floor, Munich-based visual artist Anja Lekavski, known as Sarmabot, cultivates her distinct strand of the city’s underground scene, while Authentically Plastic presents yet another facet of their expansive artistic practice within a club context.

Thursday 14/05 RITOURNELLE X TUNE Haus der Kunst & Blitz Club, Munich In collaboration with Various Others In May 2026, the music series TUNE (Haus der Kunst) and the festival Ritournelle (Blitz Club, Münchner Kammerspiele, among others) join forces for the first time. Presented within the framework of the contemporary art festival Various Others, RITOURNELLE X TUNE unfolds across three consecutive evenings, establishing a multifaceted musical program at the intersection of art and club culture. The opening of Various Others on Thursday, May 14, 2026, features two A/V concerts at Haus der Kunst by Authentically Plastic and Heith. Originally from Kampala, Uganda, Authentically Plastic creates high-velocity, radical soundscapes that fuse industrial club energy, experimental noise, and East African rhythmic structures. For this occasion, they will further develop an audio-visual performance especially for Haus der Kunst: Authentically Plastic presents Polycollision AV, feat. Tobias Raschbacher. The Italian project Heith by Milan-based artist Daniele Guerrini moves through spiritual electronics, deconstructed pop terrains, and ritualistic atmospheres. Across two remarkable albums released on PAN, Heith has defined the sound of a post-digital, neo-psychedelic avant-garde. He presents ESCAPE LOUNGE and will be joined by by multi-instrumentalist Leo Rubboli and lighting designer Bianca Peruzzi.

Tobias Staab

On FRI, May 15, Blitz Club hosts a special edition of ROOM FOR MUSIC: an intimate conversation between Ritournelle curator Tobias Staab and Authentically Plastic. In dialogue, they reflect on their artistic and curatorial practices while sharing formative records on the Blitz sound system, music that has shaped their trajectories.
Tobias Staab on the evening:
„I’m looking forward to revisiting a part of the history of RITOURNELLE during the listening session. I’ve been digging deep into my music archives and rediscovered many pieces from the last fourteen years. There are so many wonderful artists with vastly different musical approaches - and almost every one of these artists and tracks carries a story worth telling.
I’m especially excited about Authentically Plastic from Kampala, Uganda, who will be bringing along the pieces that have influenced and inspired them. I’m very curious to hear what they have to tell.“

Presented within the framework of the contemporary art festival Various Others, RITOURNELLE X TUNE unfolds across three consecutive evenings, establishing a multifaceted musical program at the intersection of art and club culture.
The opening of Various Others on Thursday, May 14, features two A/V concerts at Haus der Kunst by Authentically Plastic and Heith. Originally from Kampala, Uganda, Authentically Plastic creates high-velocity, radical soundscapes that fuse industrial club energy, experimental noise, and East African rhythmic structures. The Italian project Heith by Milan-based artist Daniele Guerrini moves through spiritual electronics, deconstructed pop terrains, and ritualistic atmospheres.
The official closing party of Various Others takes place on Saturday, May 16 at Blitz Club. The lineup brings together defining voices in contemporary electronic music.
From Nkisi to the dub poet Tikiman (aka Paul St. Hilaire) & Richard Akingbehin, to the genre-defying forms of Blawan and a back to back from MJK & Pariah. Opening the evening are Carl Cari & Lynne Azzam, while Jonas Yamer from Carl Gari will close the night with a DJ Set. Rounding out the programme are Anja Lekavski aka Sarmabot and Authentically Plastic on the PLUS floor.

Jamie Roberts has been revered in electronic circles for years as an artist with a fastidious approach to creating his own sound, relentlessly drawing from his teenage influences growing up in Barnsley, a post-industrial town in South Yorkshire. At 14, he started working on a maggot farm and credits the clanging sound of the farm’s industrial mincer as an early influence on his music. After playing in various metal bands,Roberts’ musical horizons began to expand through visits to the West Indian Centre in Leeds, where he was introduced to the full spectrum of electronic music. He first emerged as Blawan at the turn of the 2010s withEPs on cult labels such as Hinge Finger and Hessle Audio, earning widespread critical acclaim. He’s consistently experimented, pushing boundaries in his solo projects while collaborating closely with British producer Pariah on several projects – the live techno act Karenn, the metal-inspired band Persher, and the label Voam. SickExlixir marks the next step in solidifying his position as one of contemporary music’s unique, pioneering artists, operating firmly in a lane of his own.
Blawan releases his long-awaited debut XL Recordings album, SickElixir. Crafted between Berlin, Leeds, Paris, and Lisbon, the 14-track record is his most personal work to date; a manifesto for the way he sees
music and himself. Channeling grief, family trauma, and seismic life shifts, SickElixir expands on the sounds of his recent EPs - BouQ, Dismantled Into Juice, and Woke Up Right Handed - plunging listeners into achaotic yet meticulous sonic world that reflects on the past while projecting a bold vision for the future.

I can’t express how excited I am about this collaboration: the fabulous TUNE series at @haus_der_kunst — brilliantly curated from the very beginning by Sarah Miles (@sarahmilesoo) — is coming together with @ritournelle_festival, the festival for experimental electronic music that I’ve been involved with for the past 14 years.
On Thursday, we open @variousothersmunich with a double concert evening at Haus der Kunst, featuring two of my absolute favorite contemporary acts: Authentically Plastic from Uganda (@authenticallyplastic) , from Nyege Nyege’s (@nyegenyege) sublabel Hakuna Kulala(@hakuna.kulala), and Heith (@heith___ ) from Milan on the PAN label (@pan__hq). Two extraordinary artists moving between ritual, concert show, and performance.
On Friday, we gather at Blitz (@blitz_music_club for the new listening series Room for Music. Authentically Plastic and I will play music and talk about records that have influenced, inspired, and moved us. I’ve been diving deep into my music archives and will play some pieces from the history of Ritournelle — tracks that, in part, I had completely forgotten myself.
Then on Saturday, as the closing event of Various Others, the traditional club night returns to Blitz under the title RITOURNELLE X TUNE, featuring some of the greatest artist in electronic music today: Nkisi (@nkisiii), Blawan (@blawan), Carl Gari feat. Lynne Azzam (@carl_gari, @lynneazzam), Sarmabot (@anja.lekavski), Tikiman (#tikiman) & Richard Akingbehin (@richardakingbehin), Pariah b2b MJK (@pariah_uk, @mjkset), Jonas Yamer (@jonasyamer), and once again Authentically Plastic with a DJ set.
I would be very happy to see you over the course of these three days.
The fact that this project became possible is thanks to the collaboration of many wonderful people. I would like to thank:

Hailing from West London, MJK aka Michael Kedjanyi, is a Ghanaian-British producer and DJ.
He has solidified himself as one of the most exciting DJs to emerge in electronic music in recent times. His 4 deck mixes have been recognised by key platforms such as DJ Mag, Mixmag and Rinse FM.
Mixmag invited him to participate in the Impact mix and feature series for new artists who have raised arms and eyebrows on the dancefloor. Similarly, DJ Mag has requested his participation in its ‘One’s To Watch’ series & notoriously on the money prediction for who will make a difference to the dance music landscape in the year to come. The feature is in its print and online editions, and the mix is broadcast on BBC Radio 1. He carries a bi-weekly Rinse FM residency that continues to feature MJK’s alchemy alongside key guests.
As a producer has collaborated with Skee Mask on several productions, most notably ‘One By One’ the record featured legendary UK vocalist Riko Dan and became a staple in the sets of
DJs across the spectrum. His first solo EP was released via taste-making techno imprint Neighbourhood, featuring collaborations with Blutoof.
END. Clothing has also called on MJK to push its launch of the classic Jordan 4, paying attention to his sense of style in and out of the DJ booth.
Continuing to push the envelope, MJK constantly breaks boundaries and shuts down dancefloors and airwaves alike.

Room For Music : Blitz Listening Sessions in May
Start 20:00 (till END). (Nearly) every Thursday.
No presale. Donation based entry!
*** May Programme Announced *** artwork @anja.lekavski
The closing evenings of our Room for Music series invite another eclectic cast. „Munich bass“ duo and soundsystem aficionados Schlachthofbronx bring their wide-ranging influences to the listening room; Authentically Plastic and Tobias Staab join as part of the shared Ritournelle & Tune weekend celebrations. and tue evening with Trikont, the world’s oldest independent label, Munich-based and now in its 59th year, takes the form of sounds, talks and conversations between past and present and cross music history, politics & a lot more, with labelhead Eva Mair-Holmes & Franz Dobler, who wrote the imprints biography in 2017. Their catalogue is famously hard to pin down, and that, of course, is precisely the point.
**********
With Rooms For Music: Blitz Listening Sessions, we lean into something quieter and perhaps more radical. Across twelve Thursday evenings, we refurnish the floor at Blitz Club into a casual bar and hangout space, complete with special drinks, as local collectives, labels and community-driven initiatives take over to curate nights devoted not to dancing, but to listening.
Inspired by classic listening sessions yet firmly rooted in Munich’s present, Rooms For Music shifts attention to the B-sides and the details between the beats, reconnecting with our former format Before The Party Starts.
Each invited group shapes its own dramaturgy: from ambient excursions, artist talks and deep techno meditations to jazz-informed dialogues, post-punk reflections and beyond. We’re excited to see these ideas unfold and where the series will go!
The dancefloor becomes a seated space for concentrated listening on Blitz’s finely tuned sound system. Donation-based entry keeps it accessible.
Rooms For Music is dedicated to sounds and sonic expressions rarely heard within the club’s walls before we close our first chapter on the Museumsinsel.

14.05 + 15.05 + 16.05
During VO’26 curator Sarah Miles (TUNE - Haus der Kunst) and Tobias Staab (RITOURNELLE) are joining forces for the first time. Here is something they shared with us:
“We’re really excited for this programme of events and what will be a unique gathering of friends, celebrating different forms of cooperations in Munich. The TUNE series at Haus der Kunst began in 2021, with the aim of presenting music and sound in resonance with the wider programming at Haus der Kunst, and to offer a deeper dive into the work of musicians. With a similar spirit, Ritournelle festival, over the years has taken a special interest in artists that bridge creative fields and the precious place of connection between art and club spaces. Such artists include Authentically Plastic, who will present both an A/V performance at Haus der Kunst and a club DJ set at Blitz, and Nkisi, who opened the Tune series in 2021, and will now play a live show for Ritournelle, as part of Blitz’ glorious final journey.”

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
