This single was born out of things feeling pretty hopeless these last few months. The stress was heavy, and doom was hanging in the air. I wrote a couple of songs while feeling almost paralyzed from the disappointment and unknowns…one song that reflected the brokenness I was experiencing, and the other one focusing on what mattered most to me at the end of it all — Windswept.
Windswept is a standalone single, meaning though it’s a step towards the new album coming 2026, sonically it stands on its own as a more pop-forward track.
