We are crowdfunding to raise the minimum costs for production and your contribution would support the filming stage of this project.
Kickstarter’s crowdfunding model is all-or-nothing, meaning we only receive the funds if we raise 100% of our goal and we only have 30 days to do it. Every little bit helps and brings us closer to bringing this story to life.
Outside of monetary donations, sharing this film with others is just as valuable.
Everyone involved is passionate about telling meaningful stories and the craft of making films, but the process of filmmaking is expensive and, especially for independent filmmakers, riddled with barriers. Contributing to a crowdfunding campaign such as this one is a great way to fund independent cinema.

Leann Arthur @leannarthur is TWYLA's art director. She is a Chicago-based art director and production designer originally trained as a photojournalist. She has art directed and served as production designer for several short films, showcasing her eye for detail and polished approach. Her portfolio also includes work in a variety of other mediums, including advertising, commercial photography, and brand campaigns. Off set, you can find her gardening, browsing record stores, and spending time with her rescue dog.
