Exactly 8 years ago today I accepted my offer with @columbiarecords and began a journey that would change my life. @kaplanjill took a chance on a production assistant who couldn’t get hired at a label because she didn’t have “corporate experience”. Now I get to help build worlds and make art that I could have only dreamed of (as my job?!?) To all of the women I have had the honor to learn from, work and create with - I am so grateful. Deeply humbled and honored to represent female creatives in this industry! Sharing this with @inga.k as my fellow teammate means so much. I love creating with you 🫶🏼.
