Our Piña Colada that's built from ice! 🍍

Here, the ice is pineapple and coconut.
So when it melts, it doesn’t water down and just becomes more of itself.

Piña Colada Ice Cube :
300g Fresh Pineapple
200g Coconut Milk
10g Coconut Nectar
1g Salt
Blend and freeze overnight.

To blend :
45 ml Aged Rum
35 ml Pineapple Cordial
9-10 Pina ice cubes
Optional : frozen jackfruit ( we put it too)

Ripe, juicy pineapple upfront. Creamy coconut body with natural richness. Warm vanilla and oak from aged rum.
A touch of salt to sharpen and balance.

Serve with fried seaweed for an umami lift 🍍☀️
