The legendary @rza aka Bobby Digital aka RZArector aka The Abbot aka Prince Rakeem aka Ruler Zig-Zag-Zig Allah. It’s impossible to overstate the importance of Wu-Tang and all their side projects on a 13 year-old skateboarder in 1995. That music helped me navigate some of the hardest parts of growing up. And this man was the mastermind behind it all. I’ve had the honor photographing the RZA twice and this shoot made it on the cover and inside pages of @musicweekinsta. Thanks @contourbygettyimages.

As a deep grunge obsessive, I was already excited for the amazing Melissa Auf Der Maur’s (@xmadmx) new memoir Even The Good Girls Will Cry. So it was extra special that @sarahgilbertguardian asked me to photograph her for @guardian. Melissa played bass in both Hole and Smashing Pumpkins at various times. And later opened The Basilica in Hudson where we shot these photos. The article is out now and the book comes out tomorrow.

From a visit to the rain tower and environmental chamber at @goretexbrand labs. They can simulate nearly any environmental condition on the planet to test their products. Too bad Gore-Tex doesn’t make lenses. Thanks for bringing me along @srimassa.

It was 20 years ago this month that I first made the blog Lovebryan. I recently finished college and was crashing at different friends’ houses and even sleeping on the roof under the solar panels of my old co-op at UC Berkeley. @oldmanbasel let me keep my huge Apple eMac in their room and I’d teach myself to code during the day while they were in class. After a few weeks, the blog was born. I made pages for all my friends to post about their daily lives, travels, parties, whatever. It was our DIY form of social media. I’d make new homepages every week with the updated posts. For me, it was an amazing platform to develop my photography, build confidence, get feedback and ultimately launch a career in photo. It was just as cool to see others like @mikebelleme , @sandycandykim , and @danilorparra progress from blog posts to illustrious creative careers of their own.

But for all the sweet nostalgia, it also contained plenty of navel-gazing, insensitive, sketchy, and embarrassing work. As the tech overlords forced their will upon us, we mostly migrated away from Lovebryan and to Instagram. With the exception of occasional posts by Danilo and @allenying , it’s mostly been a relic for the last decade. So after 20 years, Lovebryan.com has officially been retired. You can probably dig up various iterations on the Wayback Machine, but I like to think everyone’s best work and creative contributions are yet to come.

Thanks to all who contributed and viewed the site over the years. Love, Bryan.

Actor James Cromwell went vegan while filming his Oscar-nominated role in Babe in 1995. He’s since become an animal rights activist among many other things. I got to spend a little time with him at his house for The @guardian. Thanks @sarahgilbertguardian.

Fun night at the Gotham Awards for @imdb and @gettyimages. I had no idea who was gonna walk through that door and it ended up being some of my absolute favorites. I had about 30 seconds to do each person justice. Thanks to all that obliged and @kennethawert for bringing me on.

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
