This was shot a few hours ago, in close collaboration with the talented @ridgelenny at the GoPro Creator Summit. This shot is a dream perspective I have been imagining and playing over in my head for a year and a half. I feel emotional that it worked out!

Impermanence

You’re as good as your team. Plain and simple. I think in the beginning, you’re driven by ego. You feel you have something to prove. You want to be seen and patted on the back. You want to own it all.

But as you mature, the opposite begins to creep in. Slowly you begin to realize just how rewarding it is to bring people together and how much grander things become when you allow people in.

I can’t fly FPV drones. But @lukabees does and he does it extremely well. I knew from the beginning of this project I wanted highly dynamic slow motion drone shots and without question I knew who I wanted to do it! @lukabees asked me what I was looking for. I simply told him to do whatever it was that made him excited. I could tell by his chuckles when he was stoked on a shot.

I believe he chuckled on this one…

There was an insane amount of effort and luck that made this shot. A collaboration between @thepeyben skiing,@lukabees dying the FPV, @joonasmattila flying the light drone and @jnillagrams trying to control the madness. Add a little @hugoburvall original score on top of that and this is what you get.
