There’s something special about riding out here and it’s crazy because what was once a short ride with some clients has turned into longer rides with more clients and each one of them more enjoyable than the previous.

I’ve always loved Cycling but being out here has made me love it so much more and on top of that riding with a group again really is a game changer.

If you own a business or work in marketing then 2026 is 100,000% about quadrupling down on your brands personality.

As marketing becomes inundated with cheap content manufactured on a whim, brands are going to need to rely on developing a personality that sticks and relates to the customers they want to align with.

Now, with that said, recognize that your brand will not own 100% of the customers attention and they will only be loyal to a level where you fit in to their “lifestyle moment”

that’s right, a lifestyle moment is a moment in one person’s lifestyle where they identify with a personality or persona for the thing or activity or event that they are participating in. I.e. I walk out my door and I am now a Satisfy runner wearing moth tech and adidas EVO Sl shoes while listening to indie rock music, but when I get home, I am a boss bitch who wears Buck Mason and is a-type about the direction my pencils face.

Hence, the importance of doubling down on the personality for the moments that you fit within the person’s lifestyle. We are chameleons and rebellious all at the same time and are all trying to find those moments to fit in to something

It’s not often I get director of photography, @mdlife, in front of camera but last weekend we sat down and chatted about his 8 year journey in the industry and some of his takeaways. This one hit home and def resonated with me.

I’ve often believed being a multi skilled agile workhorse was a good thing but the more I surround myself with hyper successful leaders, entrepreneurs and builders the more you see the through line - specialize and hire.

All filler aside, this was an absolutely amazing experience. We brought the Tour de France to Vancouver and seeing how much a silly costume and some funny signs could motivate people to dig deeper and at the same time smile from cheek to cheek while suffering riding a bike uphill was incredibly rewarding.

@bicicletta.cc crushed the execution and showed their true colours and passion for community and I’m incredibly proud to work alongside this company.

All filler aside, this was an absolutely amazing experience. We brought the Tour de France to Vancouver and seeing how much a silly costume and some funny signs could motivate people to dig deeper and at the same time smile from cheek to cheek while suffering riding a bike uphill was incredibly rewarding.

@bicicletta.cc crushed the execution and showed their true colours and passion for community and I’m incredibly proud to work alongside this company.

I hated journaling until @laurenrrenee created the @unstuckself journaling course.

I always knew that there had to be some reason journalling was so popular, but it wasn’t until I actually went through the process of understanding the purpose of journaling, and finding that space to be present and set time aside to do it that I would actually reap the benefits. And yes, Lauren may be my fiancé, but that doesn’t mean that what she created doesn’t hold incredible value for so many people And now seems like the best time to be talking and promoting something like this.

Turned 38 days 2 days earlier. Felt so solid, training has been so consistent, sleep is dialed in, stress is low, and yet an old injury from when I broke my back almost 10 years ago decided to kick my ass.

What does this mean?

Heal your injury, stay consistent with your training, and most importantly respect the injury.It’s a minor set back but it’s brought my attention to the fact that there is more work to be done. Im building a team of experts around me to bulletproof my body and I want to ensure I am just as powerful and able at 40 and 50 as I am now.

Ps. I didn’t feel this at all when I was proposing cause adrenaline took over ❤️ but after she said yes - wow.

Fiancée.

I knew this moment was coming (Mark talked about it all the time) and yet it still felt so surreal. It’s the moment I dreamed about as a little girl, but I was shocked it was actually happening.

Mark has a way with words and has this beautiful vulnerability of always speaking what’s in his heart. He reminds me how much he loves me every day, so you would think I would be used to it by now, but his words and energy were so powerful and magical in this moment that we were both in tears.

Mark, all of our moments together are like being wrapped in a warm and safe blanket of deep love.

Our openness to experience all the world has to offer makes me so excited for every moment ahead with you. I love that when we think of the future, we can’t really pinpoint what we’ll be doing or where we’ll be, but we know that it will be fun and exciting, and we’ll always have each other.

Co-creating this incredible life of adventure, experiences, emotional depth, and love has already been so beautiful with you, and I am so excited to see what the future holds for us.
