Many thanks to @time for including me in the TIME 100 sessions. Zoe, Wagner, Nikki, and Luke brought plenty of “blue steel” — and then some.Luke Combs might be one of the coolest cats I’ve worked with in a while… and even better, we got to swap a few Merle Haggard stories. Enjoy, MS.

In the late ’80s, I traveled to Paris on assignment to photograph Christian Lacroix in his atelier. During that same trip, I also photographed the great shoe designer Roger Vivier. Their charm, craftsmanship, and attention to detail left an indelible impression on me, shaping the way I think about how different creators find their voice.
I met @zacposen years later and loved his energetic spirit. He’s a true artist, and it’s a privilege to collaborate with @newyorkermag once again.

I had the privilege of seeing Philip Seymour Hoffman as Willy Loman on Broadway — an unforgettable performance that felt seismic, raw and human.
This new production of Death of a Salesman, directed by Joe Mantello and starring Nathan Lane as Willy, looks like another extraordinary chapter in the life of this play—joined by the all-star cast featuring Laurie Metcalf, Christopher Abbott, and Ben Ahlers.

“My life in the theater has often been my life with Wally Shawn. I have been his acting teacher, his collaborator, his director, his friend. We have done plays together and we have done films together. We have been partners for over half a century. And with his new play, What We Did Before Our Moth Days, we are continuing the tradition. We are still going strong. Together.” - André Gregory

Today would have been Kurt’s 59th birthday.
This session was photographed on October 27, 1993, during the release of In Utero.
We continue to remember the artistry, the rawness, and the unmistakable spirit of Kurt, Krist, and Dave.
Enduring. Unfiltered. Alive in the work.

In 2007, I was on assignment in Rome photographing the 40th anniversary of Valentino Garavani for Italian Vogue.
Franca Sozzani single-handedly brought in the guests to our studio-but it wasn’t until 2:00 a.m. on the second night that Mr. Valentino finally made his way to us.
Elegant, charming, and a true master in front of the camera, he was the perfect way to close the session.
That late-night setup went on to inspire our ten-year run of the Vanity Fair Oscar sessions.

From a special session with Michelle Williams at our studio. We wanted to find a simple, quiet moment that spoke to her character in ‘Anna Christie’ and this was just that. It’s always a privilege to collaborate with an artist who can convey an entire story through stillness.
And a big thank you to Thomas Kail, @jodipeckman and the entire team at @stannswarehouse. Enjoy, MS.

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
Keep track of Instagram updates discreetly while protecting your privacy and staying anonymous.
View profiles and photos anonymously with ease using the Private Profile Viewer.
This free tool allows you to view Instagram Stories anonymously, ensuring your activity remains hidden from the story uploader.
Anonstories lets users view Instagram stories without alerting the creator.
Works seamlessly on iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and modern browsers like Chrome and Safari.
Prioritizes secure, anonymous browsing without requiring login credentials.
Users can view public stories by simply entering a username—no account needed.
Downloads photos (JPEG) and videos (MP4) with ease.
The service is free to use.
Content from private accounts can only be accessed by followers.
Files are for personal or educational use only and must comply with copyright rules.
Enter a public username to view or download stories. The service generates direct links for saving content locally.
