At the beginning of his career, Mark had the privilege of working at some Vancouver main-stays such as The Fairmont Pacific Rim, Oakwood, and Boneta, to name a few. Eager to expand his horizons, Mark ventured off to Melbourne, Australia where he worked at Vue De Monde, and Saint Crispin before hosting the first of many pop-ups with much success. Upon his return, Mark successfully helped open the acclaimed AnnaLena, which currently sits on the Canadaβs 100 Best list of restaurants.
Celebrating the vibrancy of Filipino culture through collaborations with local chefs and restaurants across the city, Markβs instinct is always to bring people together around something unforgettable. One of the most important aspects that guide all of Markβs events, is the focus on the family unit, served with both comfort and elegance.
