NTS is shipping up to Park City for next two Saturdays (5/2 and 5/9) where we’ll be hanging out and exploring the Twisted Fork Spring Classic course with @massifrunning from the Spring Creek trailhead, from 8am-12pm. Come run your weekend long run and hang out! We’ll have Kodiak cakes, Precision Fuel and Hydration products, maybe some steaks, maybe some electrolyte jello shots, and definitely some good vibes.

You don’t need to be signed up for the races to come out!

With the recent Buffalo Run cancellation, Twisted Fork is now a “Super” Bear Tag race, putting additional spots to the 2026 Bear 100 on the line.

We are teaming up with NTS to put on a Twisted Fork Training run series. The first two events:

Start at Spring Creek Trailhead (8:00am-12:00pm)

Twisted Fork Training Run #1 - Saturday May 2nd

Twisted Fork Training Run #2 - Saturday May 9th

We will have Precision Fuel and Hydration products and we'll be cooking Kodiak pancakes for post-run recovery.

You don't need to be registered for Twisted Fork to join. All are welcome!

The unusually warm weather might have ruined our Buffalo Run plans but it also means that the Twisted Fork trails are in prime condition.

The 2026 Buffalo Run has been cancelled.

This was a truly heartbreaking decision for us to make. An unusual winter season, combined with a record heat wave in the second half of March, caused Antelope Island’s large population of bug spray–resistant no-see-ums (biting gnats) to hatch early.

Given these conditions, we did not feel we could deliver an enjoyable experience for runners, volunteers, and finish line vendors.

If you were signed up, please check your email. We’ve provided the option of a full race credit (with no expiration) or a refund. For those who chose the credit option, your support means the world to us.

Next year’s race will be held two weeks earlier, on March 13, 2027.
