Swedish skier @ebbaforsgren and Italian filmmaker @maurimarassi travelled to Gulmarg, Kashmir to ski the Himalayas, a resort unlike anything they had ever experienced.

From printing 20 rupee bills to pay for lift passes, fighting for a place on the gondola and being careful not to ski too close to the actual Line of Control, the build up made them nervous.

But once their skis touched that porous Indian snow, everything was forgiven.

Gulmarg, Kashmir was unlike anything they had ever experienced. Printing 20 rupee bills to pay for lift passes and fighting for a place on the gondola, along with a few other unexpected moments, made this trip truly special.
