Another year and what a trip it’s been…I am grateful for everything this past year has offered me, spontaneous travel that brought me on the road for 5 months, the new life long relationships I developed along the way, the current friendships that strengthened, the humans who came and left, the unexpected experiences, and all the beautiful moments in between. Through it all I became more in tune with myself and while I often struggle with feeling lost and continue to seek grounding and purpose, it is this journey that continues to drive me through the chaos and embrace the unexpected.

I’m honored for Project Tombstone to have been selected for this year’s Telluride Mountain Film Festival alongside my other film, Sharp Edges. To have two films accepted in the same year at such an iconic and special festival is more than I could have ever dreamed of.

When I first met Allie while tandem BASE jumping side by side, I would never have guessed that two years later we’d be making a film together—one that brings together creativity and extreme sports. Once she shared the concept with me, I had heard all I needed to hear. I was in. What emerged was something unique, built from trust, and the perfect synergy of partnership, where Allie and I were able to come together and let each other thrive doing what we each do best.

I’m excited to share the trailer for Project Tombstone: where ultra runner Allie goes head to head in a race against BASE jumper Allie. Who will win?

Expect a powerful lineup of films that challenge norms and amplify voices too often left out of the mainstream — including the premiere of “Sharp Edges” at our Asheville Flagship. We’re bringing the energy with a live performance by indie all-star duo @lvdy.music, our iconic Women’s Athlete Panel featuring three of your favorite lady legends in climbing, TWO World Premieres, giveaways, and endless stoke.

Very excited to finally share Sharp Edges with the world!

Sharp Edges is a gentle reminder to not dull the parts of ourselves that make us unique. I also hope that the film will help educate folks on who the Assyrians are and remind them that we are still here despite genocide and ongoing persecution in our ancestral homeland and beyond.

As a first time filmmaker, it’s an honor to be selected by film festivals I’ve long respected.

You can catch a sneak peek at @nomanslandfilmfestival in Denver THIS Saturday 3/7 and at @bishoptwintheatre on 3/12.

It will be officially premiering at @5pointfilm in Carbondale on Saturday 4/25. ⛰️ 🎥
