Wowwwwwww! I just found out that @ryanmcginleystudios released a book of photos and interviews from his “Yearbook” era and my goofy face is one of many featured on this beautiful cover. 🥹❤️

I have to say, even though this shoot was short and sweet, it was life changing.

He casted me after seeing my IG and then invited me to his studio when I was in New York for a weekend.

We chatted for a bit about his work, Toronto, and our mutual friend Will Munro (RIP ❤️❤️❤️), and then we began shooting.

Ryan and @luisa_opalesky immediately made me feel so comfortable in my body.

Believe it or not, I had never been fully nude on camera before this shoot with Ryan, so I was nervous.

This headshot he used from the shoot is so silly and captures my energy perfectly. The earrings I’m wearing in the shot were my favourite at the time. I got drunk and lost them at @moodringnyc the following night lolol 🤪🤪

Who knew this one photo would become part of a bigger exhibition that would be in gallery spaces all around the world.

And now…..it’s a book!!!!!! So cool!!!! 📚❤️

For me, there’s no greater honour than knowing how we’ll influence those who see us and hear our stories.

Forever Night! Forever Queer! Forever Proud! 👹🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Your favourite all-night adventure is back on June 13th with our biggest party yet!

This will be the first event at our new home, @thejama___ and we’re excited to bring you a little pre-pride moment with two rooms of DJs, a special performance, and a few surprises we can’t reveal just yet!

On the upper level, Room 1 will be a mix of club, techno, bass, and everything in between.

Room 1 features Jumpr (@unluck) DJ who’s become a mainstay in San Francisco queer nightlife over the last decade. Currently a resident at @stankpartysf and creator of the queer sci-fi soiree, @sssssynthia, Jumpr is widely known for his work with @fogcitypack, a collective that produced kinky club nights in SF from 2016 to 2025.

He’ll be joined by multi-disciplinary powerhouse Digital Polygot (@yemi.sees) versatile artist and DJ who blends an array of afrodiasporic sounds into their performances, transcending borders and genres.

Upstairs will also feature sets from the incredible @marnigurl @shaingel__ and Rose Hips (@max_mohenu)

But wait! There’s more! 🙂‍↕️🎚️

Take a trip downstairs for a taste of Room 2, which will be dominated by alternative sounds, shifting from punk to gritty, dark room techno.

@prince_batrick will be holding it down in the basement with newcomer @el_la.ra 9309 (@leryan9309) and a few surprise DJ sets.

Our newest obsession, Marina Delia Konstantinopolis (@marinahasalongname) will be doing a special late-night performance.

@blair.morg.an will be hosting duties with special guest Jack (@buttstuffkaiju) Expect to see them bouncing around both rooms all night.
