As a soccer player, I learned about the strength that comes from the power of teamwork. Jaqi embodies the power of teamwork as she supports her husband, Kevin, in his graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) journey. With a family and three companies to run, Jaqi’s life was already full, but when Kevin faced cancer and then GVHD, she took on a new role as his caregiver.

She researched treatments, tracked symptoms and coordinated with doctors to ensure Kevin received the best care. Jaqi’s tenacity and love have been vital in Kevin’s recovery, proving that unwavering support can overcome the toughest challenges.
