Watermelon Lime Margarita Mocktail with Jalapeño Lime Salt:
1/2 cup Morton Kosher Salt Flakes🧂
Zest of 2 limes
1 finely minced jalapeño 🌶️
2 cups fresh watermelon juice (blended from 1 medium watermelon) 🍉
Juice of 2 limes
1–2 tablespoons of NA agave syrup
Sparkling water 🫧
🧂 Jalapeño Lime Salt:
1. Finely mince the jalapeño. Remove seeds if you want less heat.
2. Zest the limes.
3. Mix the minced jalapeño, lime zest and Morton Kosher Salt Flakes in a bowl.
4. Spread on a plate or tray and let it air dry overnight.
If you want it faster, put it in the oven at the lowest setting for about 30–60 minutes with the door slightly open.
5. Once dry, rub the rim of your glass with lime, dip in the salt, and lightly tap off the excess.

INGREDIENTS
113g (½ cup / 1 stick) unsalted butter
100g (½ cup) brown sugar
50g (¼ cup) granulated sugar
1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
7ml (½ tbsp) vanilla extract
165g (1 ⅜ cups) all-purpose flour
3g (½ tsp) baking soda
3g (½ tsp) Morton Iodized Salt
100–125g (3.5–4.5 oz) high-quality dark chocolate, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Brown the butter over medium heat, stirring constantly until golden and nutty. Let cool slightly.
2. In a bowl, whisk together brown butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
3. Add egg + yolk and vanilla, whisk until smooth and glossy.
4. Fold in flour, baking soda, and Morton Iodized Salt until just combined.
5. Mix in chocolate chunks.
6. Cover and chill dough for a few hours or overnight.
7. Bake at 350°F / 175°C for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden and centers are soft.
8. Finish with Morton Coarse Kosher Salt and let cool slightly before eating.
