For centuries in general women in the west supported men & met their basic needs to help them reach success & self-actualise but sometimes to their own end. Max explores how societal structure has changed & what happiness now means for lots of women world wide. As well as the support offered by governments to aspiring parents who also have careers.

Welcome to the 2026 @neverendingglen programme! Our immersive outdoor gallery has been revived and expanded with a new cohort of artists exploring the intersection of art and nature.

Mycelial networks, watery depths, hidden paths and trodden desire lines, clearings between trees, secret hideaways obscured by foliage... there's more than meets the eye in this year's Glen collection.

The 2026 theme is "Beneath the Surface"and celebrates the joy of collective experiences, illustrating the invisible networks that hold forests and societies together: the delicate webs that connect trees to fungi, and people to each other. It’s a space for discovery, reflection, and playful subversion — celebrating what thrives unseen. Beneath the Surface draws inspiration from both — the forest’s hidden biology and the pulsing community of the festival — revealing what unfolds when the secret systems of nature meet the boundless potential of human imagination.

I wanted to create a piece centered around love & community especially bringing different peoples together, romance (sparks, flowers, eternity knots & spoons/spooning) & Italian symbols of luck. Mixed in with restaurant & bar themes. 🥂🍝
