Native Communities
B Corp Certified 🌱
We operate mixed use buildings with exceptional operations, design & tech – creating communities with soul.

A new chapter for Native Communities.
Native Communities is entering its next phase of growth following its acquisition by Greystar, a global leader in the investment, development and management of high-quality rental housing.
Native has emerged a leading UK third-party living and mixed-use operator through driving asset-level performance for over 25 clients. Over the past decade, Native’s portfolio has grown from 5 assets to 37, totalling over 9,000 homes across England, Scotland and Wales.
Native’s platform is built on disciplined operational execution, NOI optimisation, rigorous building safety and compliance and forensic client reporting.
Together, Greystar and Native bring deep local operating expertise and client relationships with the scale, systems and insight of a global organisation, creating a dedicated pan-European third-party property management platform serving clients from single assets to complex, multi-country portfolios.
The third-party property management business and Greystar’s owned investment portfolio will operate as separate business lines, ensuring integrity of interests and a clear focus on long-term performance.
This is a significant moment for Native and a natural progression in the evolution of the business, positioning us to deliver performance at greater scale and expertise.

200 Natives from across the UK descended upon the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham last night to celebrate a landmark year for Native.
From Community Hosts to Building Safety, Digital Marketing to Financial Controllers, the whole of Native came together to celebrate our people and the Communities shaped by their industry-leading expertise.
We also raised funds for our chosen charity Crisis, bringing our total to £2,330, and took a moment to acknowledge outstanding contributions across the business.
Thank you to everyone involved in making the event such a success, and to every Native whose dedication and commitment drives us forward on our mission to continue to create communities with soul.

We’re proud to announce Native is officially B Corp certified – the first third-party Build to Rent operator globally to achieve this accreditation 🏆
Native's B Corp certification is the result of a rigorous two-year process that involved every part of our business. It proves ESG is not just an add-on at Native but embedded in everything we do.
B Corp is not a badge – it’s a framework for continuous improvement. And the best is yet to come!

🎥 NextGen: Kampus MCR Site Tour
This week, we had the pleasure of touring @kampusmcr as part of the Women in Property North West #NextGen series.
It was fantastic to be joined by Rachel Rogerson (Chapman Taylor), Tessa O’Donnell (Exterior Architecture) and Harriet Downey (Native Communities), who gave us an insightful look into the design, delivery and ongoing management of this standout BTR scheme and vibrant neighbourhood.
On the tour, we explored the design vision and delivery of the neighbourhood, highlighting:
🧱 A playful façade with stepped brickwork and varied windows to promote individuality
🏗 A bold, design-led approach rooted in the site’s industrial heritage, including the reuse of the ex-Manchester Met Business School structure
🌿The tranquil courtyard garden filled with mature evergreens – a real urban oasis.
🏡 A repurposed ‘bungalow’ transformed into a flexible community hub for local SMEs and charities
🧘♀️ Wellness classes and resident events, bringing the community together through thoughtful placemaking
🍕 A buzzing F&B and retail offer (including Nell's Pizza where we enjoyed some delicious pizza after our tour), plus 12 commercial units and a makers quarter
Huge thanks to all who joined us; it was a fantastic opportunity to see the work that goes into creative regeneration and community-led placemaking.
Special thanks to Mia Deaville for organising a brilliant event! Stay tuned for what’s next✨

It’s shaping up to be another fantastic summer at @kampusmcr!
With the return of KampusFest for the third year running, we saw over 3,000 attendees across the Glastonbury weekend.
The Native team at Kampus collaborated with @nellspizza, @rainyheartmcr, @theuntoldorchestra, @blackmilkclothing and @borntobewildchild to bring a three-day festival to the neighbourhood, including a live stream of the headline sets from Glastonbury as well as an outdoor margarita bar, face paint, hair tinsel and a pop-up market.
In August, we’re looking forward to @thebeeswingmcr Rose Festival and to our August Bank Holiday extravaganza raising money for local LGBTQIA+ charities.
This is the kind of placemaking that Kampus has become known for and is made possible not only by our fantastic commercial tenants, but also the local independent businesses who join us for events and the support of the wider community.

Ahead of International Women's Day, we have been reflecting and celebrating the progress and achievements of women around the world. The 2025 theme ‘Accelerate Action,’ challenges us to move beyond words and make real, tangible progress toward gender equality.
This year, we asked some of our inspiring team members to share their insights and highlight who has inspired them.

Independent retailers play a crucial role in Native's placemaking strategy, contributing to the unique character of our assets whilst driving footfall and creating thriving and sustainable places where everyone belongs.
We are privileged to work with some of the most celebrated independent F&B brands in Manchester, with an impressive five awards going to Kampus' operators and partners at Monday's Manchester Food & Drink Awards.
Two staples of Kampus' garden neighbourhood took home the gold, with @nellspizza scooping Best Affordable Eats whilst @greatnorthpieco took Best Independent Food Producer.
The Bungalow is Kampus' very own 'village hall' and has hosted a number of brands at the start of their journey which went on to become household names in the city.
Love From by @karlconsidine won Pop Up Project of the Year for their alcohol-free cocktail bar which took up residency at The Bungalow from January to July 2024, and the current Bungalow occupiers, @arestaurantwherethelightgetsin, won Restaurant of the Year, with head chef Sam Buckley also being recognised for Outstanding Contribution.
The Bungalow itself was also nominated for an award, as were two more of Kampus' F&B brands - cocktail bar @redlightmcr and Sam Grainger, owner at @thisismadre.
Kampus continues to affirm the benefits of a new way of living in BTR, where mixed-use assets thrive with community at their core.

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
Keep track of Instagram updates discreetly while protecting your privacy and staying anonymous.
View profiles and photos anonymously with ease using the Private Profile Viewer.
This free tool allows you to view Instagram Stories anonymously, ensuring your activity remains hidden from the story uploader.
Anonstories lets users view Instagram stories without alerting the creator.
Works seamlessly on iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and modern browsers like Chrome and Safari.
Prioritizes secure, anonymous browsing without requiring login credentials.
Users can view public stories by simply entering a username—no account needed.
Downloads photos (JPEG) and videos (MP4) with ease.
The service is free to use.
Content from private accounts can only be accessed by followers.
Files are for personal or educational use only and must comply with copyright rules.
Enter a public username to view or download stories. The service generates direct links for saving content locally.
