Full Recipe:
Makes 10–12 bars
1 cup gluten-free oats
1/2 cup chopped cashews
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, lightly crushed
1/3 cup dried cherries, chopped if large
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup plant-based protein powder
1–2 tbsp Daily Multi Fiber powder ( @nbpure )
1/4 tsp sea salt
2–4 tbsp water or plant milk (you’ll likely need a bit more now)
Wet mix
1 cup Medjool dates, pitted (about 8–10 dates, soak in hot water if they’re too hard to blend)
