Filling the deep tank at Malta Film Studios for the movie Deep Fear. Sea water rises 11m until it meets the horizon and the set is submerged. A huge chunk of the movie takes place underwater. We constructed the exterior / wheelhouse interior of a sunken fishing trawler for various underwater sharky action sequences in the film. The interior trawler builds were constructed in another tank.
Deep Fear is out on Netflix on Monday.
