Strawberry & Matcha Bagel 🥯🍵

Rezept für 8 Bagel:
20g frische Hefe / 7g Trockenhefe
150ml Milch deiner Wahl
170ml Wasser (Zimmertemperatur)
1El nu3 Organic Matcha
1El Zucker
500g Weizenmehl (Typ 405/550)
2TL Salz
2EL Olivenöl

Zubereitung:
1. Hefe, Milch, Wasser und Zucker vermischen, bis sich alles aufgelöst hat. Etwa 5 Minuten stehen lassen.
2. Mehl, Matcha, Salz und Öl hinzufügen und ca. 10 Minuten lang kneten.
3. Den Teig mit einem Tuch abdecken und ca. 45 Minuten gehen lassen, bis sich das Volumen verdoppelt hat.
4.Den Teig in 8 Stücke teilen und zu Kugeln formen. Nochmals mit einem Tuch abdecken und 10 Minuten gehen lassen.
5. In einem Topf Wasser, Salz und Natron zum kochen bringen. Die Bagels auf jeder Seite 60 Sekunden lang kochen und auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech legen. Mit Pflanzendrink und Pistazien toppen.
6. Bei 200 Grad Ober - Unterhitze ca 22. Minuten backen. Kurz abkühlen lassen und genießen. ✨

Der Januar ist fast vorbei — Back to routine mit dieser healthy und ballaststoffreichen Salad-Bowl von Jelena 🥗🌱

Das brauchst du:
2 Handvoll Grünkohl, gerösteter Kürbis, gerösteter Blumenkohl, Linsen, veganen Feta, Walnüsse, frische Birne, getrocknete Cranberries, rote Zwiebel, Pfeffer & Salz 🧂

Für das Dressing:
3 EL Olivenöl
2 EL Apfelessig
1 TL Dijon-Senf
1-2 TL Ahornsirup
1/4 TL Kurkuma
Meersalz & schwarzer Pfeffer

So geht’s:
Kürbis und Blumenkohl klein schneiden. Öl und Salz dazugeben und für ca. 20min im Ofen rösten. Den Grünkohl kannst du optional leicht dämpfen, das macht ihn softer und leichter verdaulich. Währenddessen kannst Du die Soße
zubereiten. Dann kannst du alle Zutaten gut miteinander vermengen. 🥗
